Marketing books on Amazon
Help the right readers find your book
Is your book ready for publication or is it already for sale on Amazon? I offer guidance through the Amazon publishing process, distribution, and marketing, to help the right audience find the book and understand why it might interest them.
What does the service include and how will we work together?
The support is personal, and the work is done directly with me throughout the entire process. We will begin by examining the book and the marketing activities that have been done to date, if any. We will talk about your goals, define the target audience, and determine the scope of the service and the budget.
We will examine the cover, the book description, and the price, along with the categories and keywords. We will refine the sales page so that it presents the book clearly and arouses interest among the target audience.
If the book has not yet been published, the support can also include uploading the book to Amazon, from preparing the required files to defining the book details and price. As part of the distribution, we select the formats and sales options appropriate for the book and the target audience.
Depending on your goals and budget, we will formulate a marketing strategy and build campaigns for sponsored promotion on Amazon or improve existing campaigns. We will track the results and examine expenses against income, to understand what is worth continuing, changing, or stopping.
Book marketing requires testing and adjustment over time, and it is impossible to guarantee sales volume or profitability in advance.
The experience I bring to your book
I am a writer, literary editor, and ghostwriter, with an MBA and practical experience in publishing and marketing on Amazon for my own and other authors' books. I combine familiarity with the content and the readership with business thinking and data analysis. Before I suggest new marketing methods to writers, I test them on my own books.
Want to reach more readers?
You can send me a few words about the book and a link to its page, if it has already been published, and we will arrange an introductory conversation.
